Material choice often determines whether a product becomes a success or a failure. In 70 years we've worked with virtually every thermoplastic β and we know what works for your application.
Strong, dimensionally stable, easy to finish. Often used for consumer products, housings, automotive interior.
Light, chemically resistant, food-safe. For packaging, household, automotive.
Tough, water-repellent, low-friction. For caps, bottles, technical parts.
Very precise, wear-resistant, low friction. Ideal for gears, mechanical parts.
Strong, heat-resistant, fatigue-resistant. With or without glass fibre for technical applications.
Transparent, impact-resistant, heat-resistant. For lenses, covers, safety glasses.
Very transparent, scratch-resistant. For display, signage, optical applications.
Heat-resistant, electrically insulating. For electrical components, sensor housings.
More and more customers ask about sustainable material choices. We work with regranulates (recycled plastics) wherever possible without compromising product quality. For some applications bio-based variants (PLA, bio-PE) are also a serious option.
We discuss with you honestly what works for your product β and what doesn't. Not every product is suitable for regranulate; we'd rather say that than recommend the wrong material.
